Effect
While the character holds talons: min and max Damage + k and Extra Attack + 2 × k. See Damage.
In the formulas, k is the skill's step (1 to 24), g its grade (1 to 4 for I to IV) and L the step within the grade (1 to 6), so k = 6 × (g − 1) + L.
