Magic Intensified is an instant skill of the Enchanter (Human).
Status effect skill. Nullifies the target's positive effects status.
Effect
Removes from the target the strongest buff made by a skill whose power is below half the caster's level. A monster that loses a buff attacks the caster. It costs no MP.
