Steps

Phase 1

Listen to Shaki-Tor's story

As soon as you accept the quest:
- “Please help me to pass these tasks to my subordinate [Selina], ok? hehehe....”
- You receive Xalena's Document.

Phase 2

Bring Shaki-Tor stuff tasks to Selina

Talk to Selina — Caernarvon, near Vitory (1108, 2582).
- Then:
  - You hand over Xalena's Document.
  - “Ow..yeah. [Shaki-Tor] passed me these tasks. I don't know why he will assign me such tasks, really weird. How can there be such ignorant and irresponsible person. These are documents that are required. Can you bring them to him?”
  - You receive Xalena's Business Report.
- Without the items: “Shaki-Tor did not send me anything from there?”

Phase 3

Bring Selina report back to Shaki-Tor at Clauzhuz

Talk to Shak?Tor — Caernarvon, near Vitory (1192, 2641).
- Then:
  - You hand over Xalena's Business Report.
  - “Huh, well done. You do it very fast. This look interesting, looks like it's something related to that evil pirate[Nissy]. Let's discuss about this when we find evidence. Then, this is some reward for you, take it. Bye.”
  - Reward: 8,833,000 experience and 800,000 gold.
  - The quest is complete.
- Without the items: “[Selina] has settled all the reports? Then where is [Selina Reports]?”
