Steps

Phase 1

Converse with Shaki-Tor from Clauzhuz

• As soon as you accept the quest:
  • “Most of them at Hizna they call me Commander Shaki-Tor. Can you help me bring this [Royal letter] to my subordinate and also my admirer [Selina] at Clauzhuz?.”
  • You receive Hector's Document.

Phase 2

Bring Shaki-Tor's Letter to Selina at Clauzhuz

• Talk to Selina — Caernarvon, near Vitory (1108, 2582).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Hector's Document.
    • “Hmm...[Commander Shaki-Tor] asked me to hand this to you. Hmm..Actually he can ask me directly to do the task. Hmm...Please bring the [Royal Letter] to Commander Nissy at Middle Camp. He is the senior army general from [Middle Camp]. Although he is an impatient person but he is a person with strong defectiveness. Whoever's close to him will understand him. So, please bring the [Royal Letter] to Nissy at Middle Camp. In the meantime you only need to complete his request.”
    • You receive Kartelant's Letter.
  • Without the items: “You didn't get the document Commander SaKaito needs??”

Phase 3

Bring Royal letter to Nissy at Middle Camp

• Talk to Niz — Caernarvon, near Middle Camp (1107, 1085).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Kartelant's Letter.
    • “Hmmm ??Have a loook............ Damn! I thought [Ak'kan]s were bad creatures! I don't know whether he's been attacked by [Ak'kan] or not! Please remember to tell [Commander Shaki-Tor] that I don't want to receive such messages from him anymore!”
  • Without the items: “You have lost the [Royal Letter]! Although we don't what the contents are, but you better get it back no matter what!”

Phase 4

Bring Commander Nissy's message to Commander Shaki-Tor

• Talk to Shak?Tor — Caernarvon, near Vitory (1192, 2641).
  • Then:
    • “Hehe.. Nissy is a hot tempered guy. He seems angry again. Never mind.... Ai.....My waist hurts now, but I can only reward you after you kill 10 [Sharp Knight]. Bring back the Sharp Knight's talisman to him..”

Phase 5

Kill 10 Sharp Knight on the displayed coordinates on the map

• Kill 10 × Sharp Knight (level 75).
  • After the last kill:
    • “Kill 10 Sharp Knight successfully. Bring back the Sharp Knight's talisman to him.”
    • You receive 10 × Blade Rider's Charm.

Phase 6

Bring 10 Sharp Knight's talisman to Shaki-Tor at Clauzhuz

• Talk to Shak?Tor — Caernarvon, near Vitory (1192, 2641).
  • Then:
    • You hand over 10 × Blade Rider's Charm.
    • “This really is Sharp Knight's talisman? Hmm. There is no method to identify this. I have to believe you then.. I am sorry that there is nothing for you to do now. This is reward for you..”
    • Reward: 10,270,000 experience and 1,500,000 gold.
    • The quest is complete.
  • Without the items: “Kill 10 [Sharp Knight] in [Shaki-Tor] while I am away.”
