Story

Before you go to Caernarvon, you should listen to some of my advice.

Steps

Phase 1

Listen to the advice

• As soon as you accept the quest:
  • “Actually [Caernarvon] belongs to the Akkan. After the volcano erupted at Misery Island and we moved to Caernarvon. I've never seen the Humans surrounding Misery Island but we seen the Human Palace there. Can you bring this to my brother at [Caernarvon][Bariwine]'s [Buster's letter]. There aren't any teleport scrolls at [Bariwine], so you must take care of yourself. Be careful of the Humans around. I hope you can bring this to him.”
  • You receive Teleporter Letter.

Phase 2

Bring the letter to Buster in Bariwine

• Talk to Leparter — Caernarvon, near Clauzhuz (3297, 3024).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Teleporter Letter.
    • “Wow! I've waited for this for so long! Did you have a rought time coming here? Actualy I used to live at Bariwine's Human palace but unfortunately they took our place. Be carefull when you're around here. Take my letter back to her. Actually return mail must read thru first but I cant wait any longer. Thank you. Bring it back to her.”
    • You receive Lepate's Letter.
  • Without the items: “Ohh? My dearest sister... hen you meet her please send my letter to her.”

Phase 3

Bring this Buster's letter to her sister

• Talk to Teleport Guardian — Misery Island, near Denstar (1004, 2629).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Lepate's Letter.
    • “Thank you. Thank you again for helping me. This is your reward. Your have the strength to fight at [Caernarvon]. But you must be careful while over here. Humans can go over to [Misery Island] to invade. But at [Caernarvon] the fight over is very dangerous for them. [Caernarvon] also has a place called [Peace Party Delegate]”
    • Reward: 3,985,000 experience and 550,000 gold.
    • The quest is complete.
  • Without the items: “Did you misplace [Caernarvon] [Bariwine]' s letter?”
