- You receive Journal Book.

Talk to Dragon Vault — LeiHan, near Opeiny (2421, 3252).
- Then:
  - You hand over Journal Book.
  - “This is the [General Merchant Record Book]. I will keep it properly... Over here is Dragon Vault. Please don't worry about the security here. - Without the items: “Cooperate with Opeiny General Items Merchant.”

Get the rewards from the General Items Merchant.

- Then:
