Steps

Phase 1

Listen to Carlline's General Items Merchant Pi Meiya story

• As soon as you accept the quest:
  • “Is it? Thank you. Must have some tiring tasks at Carlline. Insufficient material and information. We cant carry on the research with the knowledge we have. The research of improvement. [Denstar] have a examiner called [Rufustart]. She'll help us, but we have to write every of the confusion down and ask her at once. Please deliver to her the confusion we have and be back with the solutions.”
  • You receive Pimya's Letter.

Phase 2

Find Denstar's judge Rufustart

• Talk to Rufustart — Misery Island, near Denstar (1015, 2551).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Pimya's Letter.
    • “HI. I am [Rufustart]. This is [Pi Meiya]'s question sheet. I'll write the solutions on it. I need you help. [Denstar] has a warrior called [Tarokatan]. He is my brother, although he speaks weird but he is indeed a great warrior, as well as a great [Lotasy] patrol. He is in worry over the Ak'kan dislike the traditional ruling style and not believe in the former's heroes. This is [ancient's craft]. Give him this. Let him feel comfort. After the help, I give you the solutions.”
    • You receive Ancient Craft.
  • Without the items: “Are you Carlline's general item merchant Pi Meiya, have any paper for me?”

Phase 3

Bring ancient's craft to Denstar's Tarokatan

• Talk to Tarokatan — Misery Island, near Denstar (1053, 2547).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Ancient Craft.
    • “La~ta~la~tiew Moela. Lotasy's sibling.. Are you my sister's friend? You didnt lie. I'll accept the craft, tell her that I'm fine.. I'm not as worried as she thought.”
  • Without the items: “You have lost the item, please find the item and come back..”

Phase 4

Back to Denstar's judge Rufustart

• Talk to Rufustart — Misery Island, near Denstar (1015, 2551).
  • Then:
    • “Sometime my brother seems not spiritual. But I know he don't have such of strength as he told me. Come, this is [Pi Meiya]'s solution. Go for Atascadero on west's [general item merchant] for tasks He is looking for help.”
    • You receive Rupasta's Returned Letter.

Phase 5

Bring Rufustart's reply to Carlline's general item merchant Pi Meiya

• Talk to General Items Merchant — Misery Island, near Carlline (2134, 619).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Rupasta's Returned Letter.
    • “[Rufustart] helps a lot to judge our research. her brother [Tarokatan] is important in our research. You have help me, this is your reward. Furthermore, your items help me much. Please wait. Will have improvement in armour and weapon.”
    • Reward: 1,761,000 experience and 400,000 gold.
    • The quest is complete.
  • Without the items: “Denstar's Rufustart didn't reply you?”
