Story

I'm blacksmith. You might have forgotten my name. Hehhe. There are a lot of monsters but its also a good place to gain experience. There are only a few of us taking care of the camp. Heheh...Sometimes over here I will meet some experienced adventurers as well and help them to repair their armors and weapons. Do you wanna repair your shield? Too bad you don't have the Giant Beetle shell and Blood wolf's nails. You seem to have just started your journey as an adventurer. You must collect all the materials that I've mentioned. Bring it back for me. I will pay you some rewards.

Steps

Phase 1

Listen to the blacksmith's advice.

• As soon as you accept the quest:
  • “Luckily we have your kind of person here. You are a young and energetic young man. Kill 10 Giant Beetles, and kill 5 blood wolves, bring back the Blood Wolf nails and Giant beetle shell. There are a lot of Giant Spiders and Wolves that you should be aware of.”

Phase 2

Kill 10 Giant Beetle

• Kill 10 × Giant Beetle (level 17).
  • After the last kill:
    • “Killed 10 Giant Beetles. Bring back the Beetle Shell..”
    • You receive 10 × Titug's Back Shell.

Phase 3

Kill 5 blood wolf.

• Kill 5 × Blood Wolf (level 18).
  • After the last kill:
    • “Killed 5 Blood Wolves. Bring back the Blood Wolf nails.”
    • You receive 5 × Timber Wolf Toenail.

Phase 4

Go back to the First Rest Blacksmith.

• Talk to Blacksmith — South Coast, near The First Rest (1949, 971).
  • Then:
    • You hand over 10 × Titug's Back Shell.
    • “Heheheh. You are faster than I estimated. This Giant Beetle shell is of good quality. If it used to upgrade again it will be more useful. If you need a good quality shield, bring this Blood Wolf claws to Dinglo. Ask him to repair it for you. Dinglo was one of the famous blacksmiths. When times were rough he became an ordinary guide at Tesitio. Tell him I've asked you to pay a visit to him and bring along the blood wolf nails. Bring the blood wolf nails to Dinglo. The indicator will show you where he is.”
  • Without the items: “When Dinglo becomes blacksmith that is the time for me to retire. Hehehh.”

Phase 5

Look for Dinglo at Tesitio side camp.

• Talk to Dinglo — South Coast, near Tesitio (1117, 1901).
  • Then:
    • You hand over 5 × Timber Wolf Toenail.
    • “You are the one sent by the old man. You must be one of the victims of his lies. He is impatient because I can't become a blacksmith. Since you are here I will help you to upgrade your shield using your materials. Mmmm...Killing the blood wolves here gets you good experience. The Blood wolf claws are easy to get and good quality too because the area here is better fit for them. Kill 5 Blood wolves. Collect the high-quality Blood wolf claws. Blood wolves are in the southest camp.”
  • Without the items: “The blood wolves are located at the southern part. It should not be difficult to find them.”

Phase 6

Follow Dinglo's instructions an kill 5 blood wolves.

• Kill 5 × Blood Wolf (level 18).
  • After the last kill:
    • “Kill 5 Blood wolves and bring back the blood wolf claws.”
    • You receive 5 × Excellent Timber Wolf Toenail.

Phase 7

Back to find Dinglo

• Talk to Dinglo — South Coast, near Tesitio (1117, 1901).
  • Then:
    • You hand over 5 × Excellent Timber Wolf Toenail.
    • “Well done. Hang on for a second. Bring back some Artificial Earthelf Claw Blood. I hope the old man likes this. I hope you can get it. Please send my regards to him.”
    • You receive 5 × Processed Timber Wolf Toenail.
  • Without the items: “Get the blood wolf claws.”

Phase 8

Bring this Blood wolf claws to the First Rest Blacksmith.

• Talk to Blacksmith — South Coast, near The First Rest (1949, 971).
  • Then:
    • You hand over 5 × Processed Timber Wolf Toenail.
    • “We were just discussing Dinglo's craftsmanship. This kind of craftsmanship is very rare. Hehehhe. Dinglo must be enjoying his life. When you get good materials it should be used to make the shield. Thank you for your help. This is your reward. We will call you when we need your help again. Good Luck”
    • Reward: 58,700 experience and 10,000 gold.
    • The quest is complete.
  • Without the items: “Unable to complete the task”
