Steps

Phase 1

Listen to the General Item merchant of Carlline [Pi Meiya] talk

As soon as you accept the quest:

Kill 4 × Giant Meat-eating Fungus (level 47).
- After the last kill:
  - “Defeated 4 Giant Meat-eating Fungus. Got 4 Strange Mushroom poison.”
  - You receive 4 × Mushroom Spore.

Phase 3

Bring the Strange Mushroom poison to Carlline's General Item Merchant [Pi Meiya]

Talk to General Items Merchant — Misery Island, near Carlline (2134, 619).
- Then:
  - You hand over 4 × Mushroom Spore.
  - “Thank you! You should know that,merchant see all those thing didn't have magic resist. Because the black market sells the thing is they passes through the special way to obtain. So the price is extremely expensive, but not guarantee you want those item. Can you send this [Share Medicine] armor black market?”
  - You receive Pain Sharing Potion.

Phase 4

Help [Pi Meiya] the General Item Merchant at Carlline, send the Share Medicine to Carlline's Armor Black Market

Talk to Armor Blackmarket — Misery Island, near Carlline (2199, 603).
- Then:
  - You hand over Pain Sharing Potion.
  - “[Pi MeiYa Share Medicine]. I wait you so long,thank you. [Pi Meiya]is a very important person to us. We need the [Share Medicine] only can do the research. But only Pi Meiya can make that. Phase 5

Bring back to Pi Meiya

Talk to General Items Merchant — Misery Island, near Carlline (2134, 619).
- Then:
