Steps

Phase 1

Adi Mage trainer

As soon as you accept the quest:
- “Actually I had a Incurable disease but I cant tell you what disease I had. You just need to go Faery Lake find my friend Cobus ask for medicine. Help from them. Discuss with the faery Lake Person to get the medicine.”

Phase 2

Looking for Cobus at Faery Lake

Talk to Cobus — Sainna Island, near Faery Lake (1339, 1466).
- Then:
  - “Oh my god. He already finished the medicine. I need [Huge stump's thorn] to make the medicine ,can you help me collect 10 of them. You must kill the Giant Stump and take [Huge stump's thorn] to me.”

Phase 3

Kill 10 of Giant Stump

Kill 10 × Giant Stump (level 45).
- After the last kill:
  - “Kill 10 of Giant Stump. Obtains 10 Huge Stump's thorn.”
  - You receive 10 × Elder Trenber Branch.

Phase 4

Take 10 Huge Stump's thorn to Cobus at Faery Lake

Talk to Cobus — Sainna Island, near Faery Lake (1339, 1466).
- Then:
  - You hand over 10 × Elder Trenber Branch.
  - “Oh Great.Is good to have this. Please wait for me a minute. .... ...... ....... Here is the medicine. The Mage trainer will give you reward. Be careful with this medicine , it is not for consumption it is for scrubbing only. I dont believe he is still alive. His Incurable disease is not easy to be cured. Get this for him Please send this back to him immediately.”
  - You receive Medicated Oil.
- Without the items: “Are there plenty of Giant Stump over there? But I need to kill them to make the medicine for the Adi Mage trainer.”

Phase 5

Give the medicine to Mage Trainer

Talk to Mage Trainer — Sainna Island, near Adi (1886, 1599).
- Then:
  - You hand over Medicated Oil.
  - “Oh,Thank you! From now on I don't need to use perfume anymore. Now I can tell you the truth. Actually my body has a strange smell. But it also an Incurable disease.
