Steps

Phase 1

Listen to Yinaco in Gelawyn

• As soon as you accept the quest:
  • “Let me introduce myself. I am [Yinaco], the person in charge of [Gelawyn ]. I am the Successor appointed by [BackPack] Elder.. Okay, back to our main point. Please kill 15 [Dacklyn] around [Gelawyn], then bring back the [Dacklyn]'s Talisman. [Dacklyn] will stay if the [Dacklyn] is eliminated. hehehe. Good. now lets go..”

Phase 2

Kill 15 Dacklyn at the appointed location

• Kill 15 × Dacklyn (level 74).
  • After the last kill:
    • “Have killed 15 Dacklyn. You have acquire 15 Dacklyn's Talisman.”
    • You receive 15 × Backlyn Enforcer's Charm.

Phase 3

Bring Dacklyn's Talisman to Yinaco in Gelawyn

• Talk to Yinaco — Caernarvon, near Clauzhuz (3285, 3008).
  • Then:
    • You hand over 15 × Backlyn Enforcer's Charm.
    • “You settles it faster than I thought. There's only one truth in [Caernarvon]. Rule or being rule. But most people don't want to face this truth. The situation would be worse if they have their own leader We have lost contact with the respected [Rotaly] and her companion. Although one of their member [Chelsea] still appear at [Roche Camp]. Okay?this is the reward for killing [Dacklyn].”
    • Reward: 5,564,000 experience and 1,200,000 gold.
    • The quest is complete.
  • Without the items: “Beat 15 [Dacklyn] around [Gelawyn], bring back the [Dacklyn]'s Talisman.”
