Phase 4

Bring Back 1 coronal Fungus Pack and Virulent Scorpion's tail to Wollendi's Rufus

• Talk to Rufus — Misery Island, near Wolledi (2296, 1745).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Deadly Scorpion Tail.
    • You hand over Fire Mushroom Spore Bag.
