Story

Oh, it's you. Long time no see. I have something for you to do again, do you want to try it? This matter is more complex and difficult. I think you may have to go to Tesitio.

Steps

Phase 1

Accept Robianne's Request

• As soon as you accept the quest:
  • “All right. Thanks for your help. First send this content to [Arthur] in [Adi]. This is the document about Ak'Kan activity lately.”
  • You receive Rumien's Encrypted File.

Phase 2

Send Robianne's confidential document to Arthur in Adi

• Talk to Arraytuck — Sainna Island, near Adi (1852, 1604).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Rumien's Encrypted File.
    • “It's a document from [Robianne]! Please wait. Please add these contents and send it to [Rupert] in [New Bellin]. Tell him I will leave the details about the report to [Rupert] to decide.”
    • You receive Epritus' Attachment Document.
  • Without the items: “Robianne didn't gave you any document?”

Phase 3

Send the updated document from Arthur to Rupert in New Bellin

• Talk to Rupert — Sainna Island, near New Bellin Port (2002, 1008).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Epritus' Attachment Document.
    • “Work, work! work. I think every worker will say so. But I think I am too lazy. In fact, I admit it. But the truth is I have a lot of jobs to do. Really too much for me! That's why I stay here! Ai, This is my report list I prepared. Although you may not understand it. It actually contains information about Ak'Kan activity, weather reports, economy reports, and also population report! The person in-charge at Tesitio seems don't care about it! Don't know what's he thinking? No matter what, thank you. Please send this to the [Official] at [Tesitio].”
    • You receive Ralphina's Report.
  • Without the items: “Bring back Arthur's document.”

Phase 4

Send the Rupert completed report to the Official in Tesitio

• Talk to Tourguide — South Coast, near Tesitio (1440, 1906).
  • Then:
    • You hand over Ralphina's Report.
    • “Yeah, I have received the report. I apologize to you if my friend has been rude. I don't want to ask them to do all the things for me every time, but I have choice. This report will help our Kartefant Kingdom a lot. It is used by those military experts, adventurers, the wise Acolytes, and also mages. What you are doing now is very important. I will give you good reward. Of course, I may have some promotion. Ah, there's a letter here, I will tell you after you complete this. I heard that [Felidor] in [Faery Lake] is looking for some skilled adventurers.”
    • Reward: 2,094,000 experience and 380,000 gold.
    • The quest is complete.
