Steps

- As soon as you accept the quest:

Since Ak'Kan can come to this place easily. Hope you can go to [Bellin Port] to find my friend [Robianne] and bring back a letter to me.”

Find Robianne in Bellin Port
- Talk to Robiane — Sainna Island, near Bellin Port (740, 1408).
- Then:
- “Huh, [Rupert] still likes to order other people. Ah, nevermind. I'm just mumbling myself. Huh, he still likes to hide himself. Always asking other people to do his work. Anyway this is the updated information regarding the Ak'Kan activities. Although he may not provide any help after I send him this letter, it is still very important. Please hand this to him..”
- You receive Rumien's Letter.
- Then:
Phase 3
Bring Robianne's letter to Rupert in New Bellin
- Talk to Rupert — Sainna Island, near New Bellin Port (2002, 1008).
- Then:
- You hand over Rumien's Letter.
- “Its more serious than I imagined. This is your reward.”
- Reward: 738,000 experience and 150,000 gold.
- The quest is complete.
- Without the items: “Dont tell me that you lost Robianne's letter?”
